Account Executive Kristin Karakis brings over a decade of experience in the PBM and insurance technology industry to her current role at FlexScripts. Ms. Karakis utilizes her account management, client operations, training and consulting skills to work with clients.
Before she joined FlexScripts, Ms. Karakis held positions as Client Operations Specialist and Account Coordinator for the national PBM Medco Health Solutions. These roles focused largely on account management for both commercial and Medicare Part D plans, with specific emphasis on implementation and analysis of client prescription drug benefits. Most recently Ms. Karakis worked as a Business Consultant at Zywave, an insurance technology firm located in Milwaukee.
Ms. Karakis received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Professional Communication from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
